My mother had a thousand-watt smile, and she knew how to use it. She wore it regularly and without hesitation, wrapping her family in its glow and making friends out of strangers everywhere she went. It was more a part of who she was than of any beauty regimen, but some days moisturizer, a little lipstick and her smile were the extent of her routine. I think she got it just right.
